All devices sold by vapewizarddxb come under 1 month manufacturing defect warranty unless stated otherwise on product page. Kindly note failures happening due to misuse or negligence does not get cover under the warranty.

By Law you should be 18+ to buy vape. Drivers have the right to ask for ID and deny delivery if the age requirements are not met or ID is not presented.

Can I Return Products And Get a Refund If Unsatisfied?

No we cannot accept returns based on satisfaction. Refunds or exchanges are only offered in case of defects.

 

When Will My Order Arrive?

We are currently offering free UAE delivery on all orders over 300+ AED

Express Delivery to Dubai in 1 hour,  will be charged 30 Aed

Express Delivery to Sharjah in 1 & half hour will be charged 35 Aed

ORDERS UNDER 300 AED:

THE DELIVERY CHARGE IS 30 AED

Delivery in ABU DHABI City And Other Region Except Dubai/Sharjah Region

DELIVERY 6 DAYS A WEEK 11 AM – 2 PM Afternoon 6 pm -10 pm (Sunday CLOSED)
